Financial education equips young girls in rural Georgia for better futures
SheWill is a nonprofit organization created to educate young girls, between the ages of 8 and 17, on the importance of financial literacy and career empowerment located in Norcross, Georgia.
“On behalf of SheWill, Inc., we extend our sincere gratitude for your generous $5,000 grant award. Your investment has been instrumental in advancing our mission to equip young girls with financial literacy, confidence, and life skills needed to create better futures for themselves.
Funding from The Rota Foundation directly supported program materials, activity supplies, and overall execution, allowing us to deliver a high-quality, engaging session for every participant.
More importantly, your support extends beyond a single event. It is helping us build momentum and continue delivering impactful programming in rural and underserved communities where access to financial education and career exposure remains limited.
We initially planned to serve 25 girls, but due to overwhelming demand, registration reached 50 participants. Because of your support, we were able to expand our capacity and accommodate this growth, ensuring that twice as many girls benefited from the session.”
